Bazat (बजट(

 The budget was presented in the parliament by the finance minister. 

If we talk about the common man in this budget, then he has got nothing in it. No tax exemption, no increase in "FD interest"? On the contrary, a huge burden has been put on the person who is a share market investor. 

Small investors invest their money in the share market by taking risk, when they make a little profit, the government is not able to digest this too. That is why now the government will deduct more "TDS" on both "short" and "long" term? 

Why does the government not impose "TDS" on those industrialists who are the promoters of the company? And are the owners of shares worth billions of trillions? 

Since they do not sell their shares worth billions of trillions, that is why their profit keeps increasing by billions of trillions every year, yet the government is not able to collect even a penny from them. This is a unique way of saving tax by the rich. Which the common man has not been able to know till date. 

 This budget was presented for the whole of India, but it seemed as if it was the budget of "Bihar" and "Andhra Pradesh". A large part of the budget was given to these two states.

The people of Bihar and Andhra Pradesh are very lucky that they got Chief Ministers like "Chandra Babu Naidu" and "Nitish Kumar". They at least think about their state? And they also struggle for it.

One is our Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ji, who just a short while ago was getting the name "Hindu-Muslim" written on every street, every shop, and every cart for the development of the state.

If Yogi ji had any concern for the state, then he would have definitely asked for something for the state from the central government. When he did not ask for anything? Then the center also gave him "Baba ji ka thullu".

Uttar Pradesh is a big state in terms of population.  Uttar Pradesh did not get anything because neither the Chief Minister of the state nor the people of the state are concerned about development. When we will get free time from "writing" and "removing" the names of Hindus and Muslims on streets, shops and carts throughout the year, then the blueprint for the future will be prepared. 

Overall, this budget was prepared keeping only two states in focus. The rest of the states should wait for the next budget crying about their bad luck, maybe this is written in their fate.

हिंदी रूपांतरण 

संसद में वित्त मंत्री महोदया द्वारा बजट पेश कर दिया गया। 

      इस बजट में यदि आम व्यक्ति के लिए चर्चा की जाये, तो इसमें उन्हें कुछ नहीं मिला है।  न टैक्स में कोई छूट, न "एफडी ब्याज"  में कोई बढ़ोत्तरी ?  उल्टा जो व्यक्ति शेयर मार्केट निवेशक है, उस  पर एक बड़ा भार डाल दिया गया ? 

     छोटे निवेशक शेयर मार्केट में रिस्क लेकर अपना रुपया लगाते है, जब थोड़ा बहुत प्रोफिट हो जाता है, तो ये भी सरकार को हजम नहीं हो रहा ?  इसीलिए अब सरकार "शार्ट"  व  "LONG"  टर्म दोनों पर ज्यादा  "टीडीएस"  काटेगी ?

      सरकार उन उघोगपतियों पर "टीडीएस"  क्यों नहीं लगाती, जो कंपनी के प्रमोटर है ?  और अरबों-खरबों के शेयरों के मालिक है ?   

    चूंकि वह अपने अरबों-खरबों के शेयर बेचते ही नहीं है, इसीलिए साल में अरबों-खरबों उनका लाभ बढ़ता रहता है, फिर भी सरकार उनसे एक फूटी कौड़ी भी नहीं वसूल पाती ।  ये अमीरों का टैक्स बचाने का अनूठा तरीका है।  जिसे आम आदमी आज तक जान नहीं पाया। 

    यह बजट पेश तो पूरे भारत के लिए किया गया था,  परन्तु ऐसा लग रहा था, कि जैसे ये  "बिहार"  व  "आंध्र प्रदेश"  का बजट हो ?  बजट का एक बड़ा भाग इन दोनों राज्यों को दे दिया गया।  

    बिहार व आंध्र प्रदेश की जनता बहुत भाग्यशाली है, कि उन्हें  "चन्द्र बाबू नायडू"  व   "नितीश कुमार"  जैसे मुख्यमंत्री मिले ?  वह कम से कम अपने प्रदेश के बारे में सोचते तो है ? और उसके लिए संघर्ष भी करते है। 

     एक हमारे उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ जी है, जो अभी थोड़े समय पहले प्रदेश के विकास हेतु हर गली, हर दुकान, व हर ठेले पर "हिंदू-मुसलमान"  का नाम लिखवा रहे थे ?  

    अगर योगी जी को प्रदेश की थोड़ी भी चिंता होती, तो केन्द्र सरकार से प्रदेश के लिए ज़रुर कुछ मांगते ?  जब कुछ नहीं मांगा ?  तो केन्द्र ने भी उन्हें  "बाबा जी का ठुल्लू"  पकड़ा दिया।  

      आबादी के हिसाब से उत्तर प्रदेश एक बड़ा प्रदेश है।  उत्तर प्रदेश को इसीलिए कुछ नहीं मिला, क्योंकि न तो प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री को विकास की चिंता है, और न प्रदेश की जनता को ?  जब पूरे साल गली, दुकानों व ठेलों पर हिंदू-मुसलमानों के नाम  "लिखने"  व "हटाने"  से फुर्सत मिलेगी, तब तो आगे का खाका तैयार हो पायेगा ?  

      कुल मिलाकर ये बजट सिर्फ दो राज्यों को केन्द्र में रखकर बनाया गया बजट था।  बाकी राज्य अपनी फूटी किस्मत का रोना रोते हुए अगले बजट का इंतजार करें, शायद यहीं उनकी नियति में लिखा है।
