उन परिस्थितियों में जनता का राहुल को जिताना बेहद अहम हो जाता है ? रायबरेली सीट गांधी परिवार के गढ़ के रूप में मानी जाती रही है, और शुरू से यहां से एक भावात्मक रिश्ता भी गांधी खानदान का रहा है ?
तो सवाल उठता है, कि छोड़े तो कौन सी सीट छोड़े ? एक तो छोड़ना ही पड़ेगा ? बहुत से लोगों का अनुमान है, खासतौर पर मीडिया सूत्रों से जो खबर छन-छन कर आ रही है, कि राहुल शायद रायबरेली सीट को छोड़ेगें ? और वहां से प्रियंका गांधी पहली बार बतौर सांसद अपनी पारी की शुरुआत कर सकती है ?
परन्तु मेरा मानना है, कि भले ही राहुल गांधी को वायनाड की जनता ने असीम प्यार दिया हो ? परन्तु राहुल गांधी कोई को चांस नहीं लेना चाहिए ? उन्हें भावनाओं में न बहकर "वायनाड" सीट का ही त्याग करना चाहिए ?
कारण बहुत स्पष्ट है, वायनाड सीट कांग्रेस के लिए बेहद सुरक्षित सीट है, जिस पर प्रियंका गांधी को लड़वाकर पहली बार आसानी से संसद पहुंचाया जा सकता है ? इस कृत्य के लिए राहुल गांधी वायनाड की जनता से सार्वजनिक रूप से माफी भी मांग सकते है ? और यह भी कह सकते है, कि चलो मैं नहीं, किन्तु मेरी बहिन तो आपके साथ है ? इसीलिए मैं आगे भी आता-जाता रहूंगा ?
अब यदि गलती से भी राहुल ने रायबरेली सीट छोड़ दी ? तो बीजेपी उप्र की हार से वैसे ही जली हुई है ? ऐसे में वह अपनी सभी हारों का बदला लेने के लिए केवल इस सीट के लिए पूरी ताकत झौंक देगी ?
ये भी सम्भव है, कि वह इस सीट पर बीजेपी स्मृति ईरानी को अपनी हार का बदला लेने के लिए उतार दें ? ऐसे में बैठे-बिठाए यह सीट पूरी तरह से फंस सकती है ? तो नादानी में ऐसा कदम क्यों उठाया जाये, जो कि स्वयं पर ही आत्मघाती सिद्ध हो जाये ?
कहा भी गया है, कि राजनीति की चालें बहुत खुले दिमाग से चलनी चाहिए ? सिर्फ एक गलत चाल विरोधियों की हारती बाजी को जीत में बदल देती है।
