Finally the Supreme Court's decision on electoral bonds has come. In which instructions have been given to make complete information public by March 13.
In reality, if the matter of electoral bonds becomes public with the honesty that Modi teaches to the public, then the biggest scam of the country will come to light. It will also become clear how much Adani was funded through electoral bonds.
If SBI Bank deposits all the cases, a big money laundering case will come to light. Keep in mind, till now BJP is getting 90% funding from the total electoral bonds.
The maze of electoral bonds that Modi had created was so that through it, funding to his party would continue, but funding to other political parties would almost stop.
Only SBI Bank does the maintenance of electoral bonds, in such a situation, if someone used to fund the opposition party through bonds, then the BJP government would immediately know through SBI Bank, where did the funds come from? She just filed ED against that person in money laundering case. This is the reason that for the last few years, Congress and other opposition parties were getting negligible funding from electoral bonds.
If this decision of the Supreme Court remains intact, then BJP is going to suffer the most loss. आखिरकार सुप्रीम कोर्ट का इलेक्टोरल बांड पर फैसला आ ही गया। जिसमें 13 मार्च तक पूरी जानकारी सार्वजनिक करने के निर्देश दिए गये है।
मोदी जितनी ईमानदारी का पाठ जनता को पढ़ाते है, वास्तविकता में यदि ईमानदारी से इलेक्टोरल बांड का मामला सार्वजनिक हो गया, तो देश का अब तक का सबसे बड़ा घोटाला उभर कर सामने आ जायेगा। कितनी अडानी के जरिए इलेक्टोरल बांड द्वारा फंडिंग हुई, वह भी साफ हो जायेगा।
यदि SBI बैक ने सभी मामले रख दिये, तो एक बड़ा मनी लांड्रिंग का मामला सामने आयेगा। ध्यान रहे, बीजेपी को अब तक कुल इलेक्टोरल बांड की 90% फंडिंग इसी से हो रही है।
मोदी ने इलेक्टोरल बांड का जो चक्रव्यूह रचा था, वो इसीलिए रचा था, कि उसके जरिए उनकी पार्टी को तो फंडिंग होती रहे, पर दूसरे राजनैतिक दलों को फंडिंग लगभग बंद हो जाये।
इलेक्टोरल बांड की देख-रेख का काम सिर्फ SBI बैंक ही करती है, ऐसे में कोई व्यक्ति, विपक्षी दल को बांड द्वारा फंडिंग करता था, तो बीजेपी सरकार को SBI बैंक के जरिए तुरन्त पता चल जाता था, कि फंड किधर से आया ? बस वह उस व्यक्ति के पीछे मनी लांड्रिंग मामले में ED लगा देती थी। यहीं कारण है, कि पिछले कुछ वर्षों से कांग्रेस व अन्य दूसरे विपक्षी दलों को इलेक्टोरल बांड से फंडिंग न के बराबर हो रही थी।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट का यह फैसला यदि कायम रहा, तो बीजेपी को सबसे ज्यादा नुक्सान होने वाला है। पर जब मोदी जैसा भ्रष्टाचार को बढ़ावा देने वाला व्यक्ति सत्ता में मौजूद हो, तो वह इस कानून को बदलने का अध्यादेश अवश्य लायेगा। जैसे दिल्ली के उप-राज्यपाल के फैसले के विरुद्ध अध्यादेश आया था, ठीक वैसे ही इसे भी पलटने की कोशिश मोदी अवश्य करेगा। क्योंकि जो रुपया उसने 18-18 घंटे मेहनत करके पार्टी के लिए बनाया है, उस पर यो ही पानी नहीं फिरने देगा।
