suspension ( निलंबन )

The simultaneous expulsion of 92 MPs from Parliament shows that Modi has now come down to dogma.

      Suspension of an MP from Parliament should not be considered a normal procedure, suspension of an MP means that the voice of the representative of the people of that area has been forcefully suppressed.  An MP is not just an individual, but is the voice of every citizen of that area.  Repeatedly suspending MPs for entire sessions at the behest of Modi means, in a way, the people of that area have to be suspended.

       The need of the hour has come that due to the suspension of the MP, now the people of that area will also have to come out on the streets, and will have to express their protest against this stubborn attitude of the government in all the areas of the country, and will have to tell that you have done just one thing.  The voice of the person has not been suppressed, but we have also been made mute.  If the MP of the area is suspended, and the people of that area continue to silently watch the show, then a Hitlerite Prime Minister like Modi will continue to do as per his wish.

 Hitler's government should tell the Prime Minister that if you suspend our public representative, we will all stand united in solidarity with him.  In this way, we cannot eliminate our voice by suppressing the voice of our public representatives through bullying.  We are also with them.

संसद से एक साथ 92 सांसदों का निष्कासन बताता है, कि मोदी अब हठधर्मिता पर उतर आये है।  

     सांसद का संसद से निलंबन सामान्य प्रक्रिया नहीं समझा जाना चाहिए, सांसद के निलंबन का अर्थ है, कि उस क्षेत्र की जनता के प्रतिनिधि की आवाज को जबरदस्ती दबा दिया गया।  सांसद एक व्यक्ति ही नहीं होता, वरन उस क्षेत्र के हर नागरिक की आवाज होता है।  मोदी के इशारे पर बार-बार सांसदों को पूरे-पूरे सत्र के लिए निलंबन करना, यानी उस क्षेत्र की जनता को एक प्रकार से निलंबन करना ही होता है।  

      समय का तकादा हो चला है, कि सांसद को निलंबन करने पर अब उस क्षेत्र की जनता को भी सड़कों पर उतरना होगा, और सरकार के इस अड़ियल रवैये पर देश के तमाम क्षेत्रों में अपना विरोध जताना होगा, और बताना होगा, कि आपने सिर्फ एक व्यक्ति की आवाज नहीं दबाई है, अपितु हमें भी गूंगा कर दिया है।  जिस क्षेत्र का सांसद निलंबित हो, और उस क्षेत्र की जनता चुपचाप तमाशा देखती रहेगी, तो मोदी जैसे हिटलरशाही प्रधानमंत्री अपनी मनमानी करते रहेगें।

हिटलरशाही प्रधानमंत्री को बताये, कि हमारे जनप्रतिनिधि को यदि निलंबित करोगें, तो हम सभी उनके सुर में सुर मिलाकर एकजुट खड़े होगें।  इस तरह हमारे जनप्रतिनिधि की आवाज दबाकर दबंगई से हमारी आवाज खत्म नहीं कर सकते।  हम भी उनके साथ है।
