Justice (न्याय)

 

The way the Supreme Court became strict in the Chandigarh Mayor election case, is nothing going to be done with that alone?

       Only if action is taken strictly, justice will be seen to be served by the Honorable Court.

     

        BJP has been continuously killing democracy for the last ten years?  Can it be called unfortunate that all this became visible to the Supreme Court after ten years?  Until the final decision of the Supreme Court comes in this matter, one should avoid forming any opinion about anyone.

       Even before this, the Supreme Court had been very strict on ED in the Manish Sisodia case, but in the very next hearing it suddenly took a soft stance.  Who knows, he might do the same this time too?

       At present BJP is the richest political party in the country.  When there is a nexus of money and power, then adverse decisions are not taken easily?  Because equal-price-punishment-discrimination policies are adopted.

      If the Supreme Court is really serious about this matter, then it should pass a strict decision holding the presiding officer as well as the election officials accountable and should also find out how many people are involved in this chain.  Only then will successful justice appear to be done.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट जिस तरह से चंडीगढ़ मेयर चुनाव मामले में सख्त हुआ, केवल उससे ही कोई बात नहीं बनने वाली ?  

      सख्ती के साथ यदि कार्यवाही भी हो, तभी माननीय कोर्ट का न्याय होता हुआ दिखाई देगा। 

     

       बीजेपी पिछले दस वर्षों से लगातार लोकतंत्र की हत्या ही तो करती आई है ? इसे दुर्भाग्य ही कहा जायेगा, कि यह सब सुप्रीम कोर्ट को दस वर्षों  बाद दिखाई दिया ?   जब तक सुप्रीम कोर्ट का इस मामले में अंतिम निर्णय न आ जाये, तब तक किसी के बारे में कोई राय बनाने से बचना चाहिए।  

      इससे पहले भी मनीष सिसोदिया मामले में ED पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट बेहद सख्त हुआ था, परन्तु अगली ही सुनवाई में उसने एकदम से नरम रुख अख्तियार कर लिया था।  क्या पता, वो इस बार भी ऐसा ही करें ?  

      वर्तमान में बीजेपी देश की सबसे धनी राजनैतिक पार्टी है।  जब धन व बल का गठजोड़ हो जाये,  तो विपरीत निर्णय आसानी से नहीं होते ?  क्योंकि साम-दाम-दंड-भेद, नीतियां अपनाई जाती है। 

     सुप्रीम कोर्ट यदि वाकई इस मामले में गम्भीर है, तो उसे प्रसाइडिंग आफीसर के साथ-साथ चुनाव अधिकारियों की भी जिम्मेदारी तय करते हुए कठोर निर्णय पारित करना चाहिए,  व इस चैन से कितने लोग जुड़े है, यह भी पता लगाना चाहिए ।  तभी सफल न्याय होता हुआ प्रतीत होगा।
