Ultimately the Election Commission issued a notice to Rahul Gandhi for saying the word "Panauti".
By the journey from "Fenkoon" to "Panauti", Modi is no longer poor, but now everyone knows that if anyone has started the use of dirty language in politics, then it is none other than him. That great man is “Modi” only. Since the Election Commission is working under the pressure of Modi, these days it is playing the role of being "blind" and "deaf" like the movie of film actor "Kader Khan".
As long as Modi is in power, all government institutions will remain engaged in flattering Modi. They will neither do any justice, nor are they in their control because of Modi.
Congress and the entire opposition will now have to tighten their belts and enter the field. When they do not get any relief from government institutions, then they will have to approach the court every time they make any inappropriate comment against Modi and his associates. This is the only option.
If the court turns away the case due to the jurisdiction of the institutions, then the opposition will have to go to some other "they" and file a case on the same matter. Only then will Congress and the entire opposition be able to challenge the ruling party.

आखिरकार चुनाव आयोग ने राहुल गांधी को "पनौती" शब्द बोलने पर नोटिस जारी कर ही दिया।
"फेंकूं" से "पनौती" तक के सफर तक आते-आते मोदी अब बेचारे नहीं रहे, बल्कि अब सभी जान चुके है, कि राजनीति में गंदी भाषा के प्रयोग की यदि किसी ने शुरुआत की है, तो वो और कोई शख्स नहीं, अपितु वो महानुभाव "मोदी" ही है। चूंकि चुनाव आयोग मोदी के दबाव में काम कर रहा है, तो वो आज कल फिल्म एक्टर "कादर खान" की एक फिल्म की भांति "अंधा" व "बहरा" होने का रोल प्ले कर रहा है।
जब तक मोदी सत्ता में है, तब तक सभी सरकारी संस्थान मोदी के पीछे खड़े चापलूसी में लगे रहेगें। ये न तो कोई न्याय करेगें, और न ही मोदी के कारण इनके बस का रहा है।
कांग्रेस व समूचे विपक्ष को अब कमर कसकर मैदान में उतरना पड़ेगा। जब सरकारी संस्थानों से उन्हें कोई राहत न मिले, तो इसके लिए उन्हें मोदी व उनके हर साथी के खिलाफ किसी भी अनर्गल टिप्पणी करने पर हर बार कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाना होगा। यहीं एकमात्र चारा है।
कोर्ट यदि संस्थानों के क्षेत्राधिकार के कारण मामले से पल्ला झाड़े, तो विपक्ष को उसी मामले को किसी अन्य "वे" में जाकर मुकदमा दर्ज कराना होगा। तभी कांग्रेस व समूचा विपक्ष, सत्ता पक्ष के समक्ष चुनौती रख सकेगा।
