Sometimes you feel that many systems of this country need to be reformed?
After eight months in the Manish Sisodia case, the court is feeling that this case cannot stand even two minutes in cross-examination?
The question arises, that even if Manish Sisodia is honorably "acquitted" by the court, can the government, ED or the power of the whole world bring back the time of Manish Sisodia's lost precious life? Will the wheel of time turn upside down just because the court releases it?
No ? Rather, the humiliation and helplessness in which the last important period of his life was spent, and what he is going through even today? Will we be able to refund its cost even if the court or ED wants to?
Imagine, when a Deputy CM's ED can create this situation without any concrete evidence, then it cannot even be imagined how much a common man would be suffering and tortured by these government machinery.
Justice received very late is not justice but comes in the category of injustice. The courts and institutions will say "all" and end it, but later who will be the real culprit of all this? This question got stuck?
To ensure that all these systems (ED, IT, CBI) do not become government pawns in future, there will have to be comprehensive changes in the rules within these institutions, only then these institutions can be brought on the right path. Will the court have to fix the responsibilities of their top officials too for implicating them in a false and baseless case? And it will also have to be ensured that strict punitive action is taken by the court if the accused is falsely implicated at the behest of the government merely due to political rivalry.
To create a balance, it is necessary to change the rules so that these systems are no longer called parrots, mynas, or puppets, and they can also use their own discretion.

कभी-कभी लगता है, कि इस देश की बहुत सी तंत्र व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त करने की जरूरत है ?
मनीष सिसोदिया केस में आठ महीने के बाद कोर्ट को लग रहा है, कि ये केस तो जिरह में दो मिनट भी नहीं ठहर सकता ?
सवाल उठता है, कि यदि आगे मनीष सिसोदिया को कोर्ट द्वारा बाइज्जत "बरी" कर भी दिया जाता है, तो क्या सरकार, ईडी या पूरे विश्व की शक्ति, मनीष सिसोदिया के खोये हुए अमूल्य जीवन का समय वापिस कर सकती है ? क्या कोर्ट के रिहा करने मात्र से, समय का पहिया उल्टा घूम जायेगा ?
नहीं न ? बल्कि उनके जीवन का पिछला महत्वपूर्ण समय जिस जिल्लत व मजबूरी में गुजरा, और आज भी जो गुजर रहा है ? क्या उसकी कीमत कोर्ट या ED चाहकर भी वापिस कर पायेगें ?
सोचिए, जब एक डिप्टी सीएम की ED बिना किसी ठोस सबूतों के यह हालत बना सकती है, तो एक आम आदमी इन सरकारी तंत्र द्वारा कितना पीड़ित व प्रताड़ित होता होगा, इसकी कल्पना भी नहीं की जा सकती ।
बहुत देरी से मिला न्याय, न्याय नहीं, बल्कि अन्याय की श्रेणी में ही आता है। कोर्ट व संस्थाएं तो "सारी" बोलकर इतिश्री कर लेगी, पर बाद में इन सबका असली गुनहगार कौन होगा ? यह प्रश्न तो अटककर गया ?
यह सभी तंत्र (ED, IT, CBI) आगे सरकारी मोहरा न बनें, इसके लिए इन संस्थाओं के भीतर, नियमों में व्यापक परिवर्तन करने होगें, तभी इन संस्थाओं को सही रास्ते पर लाया जा सकेगा। झूठे व बेदम केस में फंसाने पर कोर्ट द्वारा इनके शीर्ष अधिकारियों की भी जिम्मेदारियां तय करनी होगी ? और आरोपी को सरकार के इशारे पर महज राजनीतिक रंजिश के कारण झूठा फंसाने पर वाकायदा कोर्ट से कठोर दण्डात्मक कार्यवाही हो सकें, यह भी सुनिश्चित करना होगा।
बैलेंस बनाने के लिए ही सही, पर इन तंत्रों को आगे तोता, मैना, या कठपुतली न कहा जाये, और ये अपने स्वयं का विवेक भी इस्तेमाल कर सकें, इसके लिए नियमों में परिवर्तन करना अति आवश्यक है।
