Is the protection of the Constitution of the country now dependent on the Honorable Supreme Court only?
At present, the way the Modi government has kept all the institutions hostage and has kept the country in the hands of Ram, it seems so.
Protecting the constitution of the country is not only the job of the courts but also of the government. But unfortunately, due to its vested interests, the way the Modi government has made government institutions miserable, it is not hidden from anyone. Whenever there is a question of justice, then the government has always been seen standing with the unjust and misdemeanors.
Whether it is the case of "Teni", "Brij Bhushan", or the burning states of Manipur and Haryana, the failures of the government have been exposed everywhere by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Recently, by staying the punishment of Rahul Gandhi, the Supreme Court has done the task of warning the High Court and the lower courts as well.
For the time being, will all these things have any effect on Modi and the government? It would be foolish to even think so.

क्या देश के संविधान की रक्षा अब माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट के ही भरोसे है ?
वर्तमान समय में जिस तरह से सारी संस्थाओं को मोदी सरकार ने बंधक बनाकर, देश को रामभरोसे रखा हुआ है, उससे तो ऐसा ही प्रतीत होता है।
देश के संविधान की रक्षा करना अदालतों का ही नहीं, बल्कि सरकार का भी काम होता है। परन्तु दुर्भाग्यवश मोदी सरकार ने अपने निहित स्वार्थों के कारण, जिस तरह से सरकारी संस्थाओं की जो दुर्दशा कर रखी है, वह किसी से छिपी नहीं है। जब-जब कोई न्याय की बात आई है, तब-तब सरकार हमेशा अन्यायी व दुराचारियों के साथ खड़ी नजर आई है।
मामला चाहे "टेनी" का हो, "बृजभूषण" का हो, या सुलग रहे प्रदेश मणिपुर व हरियाणा का हो, हर जगह सरकार की नाकामियों को माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने उजागर किया है। हाल ही में राहुल गांधी की सजा पर रोक लगाकर हाईकोर्ट व निचली अदालतों को भी एक प्रकार से सुप्रीमकोर्ट ने चेताने का काम किया है।
फिलहाल इन सब बातों से मोदी व सरकार पर इसका कोई असर पड़ने वाला है ? यह सोचना भी मूर्खता होगी ।
