It was a well-planned strategy of the Congress to announce Rahul Gandhi's first speech in the Parliament, and later reshuffle at the last moment.
The Congress knew very well that the ruling party was going to raise hue and cry over Rahul's speech, and it turned out to be right in thinking this. Godi media and ruling party people were ready to oppose Rahul's speech since morning. But due to the strategy of the Congress, they were left heartbroken.
The Congress wants that Rahul's speech should be just before Modi's, so that neither the leaders of the ruling party get a chance to create ruckus, nor Modi gets a chance to gallop away from the House.
For Prime Minister Modi, a situation like a well in front and a ditch behind has arisen. If he speaks anything on "Adani" and "Manipur" issue, he will be trapped, and if he does not speak at all, he will be ashamed in front of the whole country.

कांग्रेस को भंली-भांति मालूम था, कि सत्ता पक्ष राहुल के भाषण पर हाय-तौबा मचाने वाला है, और उसका यह सोचना ठीक भी निकला। सुबह से ही गोदी मीडिया व सत्ता पक्ष के लोग राहुल के भाषण का विरोध करने को तैयार बैठे थे। पर कांग्रेस की रणनीति के कारण मन मसोस कर रह गये।
कांग्रेस चाहती है, कि राहुल का भाषण ठीक मोदी के भाषण से पहले हो, जिससे सत्ता पक्ष के नेताओं को न तो हंगामा करने का मौका मिल सकें, और न ही मोदी को सदन से सरपट भागने का मौका मिल सकें।
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के लिए आगे कुंआ, पीछे खाई जैसी स्थिति पैदा हो चली है। "अडानी" व "मणिपुर" प्रकरण पर यदि वो कुछ बोलते है, तो फंसेगें, और बिल्कुल न बोलने पर पूरे देश के सामने शर्मसार होगें।
अडानी की कंपनियों में अघोषित शैल कंपनियों द्वारा डाला गया बीस लाख करोड़ रुपया आखिर किसका है ? क्या वह सारा रुपया स्वयं मोदी का है ? व मणिपुर पिछले तीन महीनों तक डबल इंजन की सरकार होने के बावजूद क्यों सुलगता रहा ? क्या वहां सारा कुछ सरकार द्वारा प्रायोजित था ? कुछ इन जैसे ज्वलंत सवाल मोदी का इंतजार कर रहे है ।
अब यह भी देखना दिलचस्प होगा, कि मोदी इन सब मुद्दों से अपनी जान कैसे छुड़ाते है ? क्योंकि "अडानी" व "मणिपुर घटना" पर उनकी चुप्पी अब तक कई सवाल पैदा कर चुकी है।
