shamelessness (बेशर्मी )

The Prime Minister's speech in the Parliament looked like that of a desperate and defeated person.

      After cooking the opposition for about two and a half hours initially, when the opposition "walked out", he spoke something on Manipur to remove his irritation.  But even there he was seen searching for Manipur in the pages of history, while the present of Manipur was burning.

         In the Parliament speech, the Prime Minister could neither say anything on the naked women of Manipur, nor could he say anything on the deteriorating law and order there.  Apart from this, not even a word came out of his mouth on the subject of the useless Chief Minister there.  For the last three months, who kept instigating and fighting the two communities there, kept silent on this also.

       He has remained in power for more than nine years, but even today he is venting his frustration on the Congress.  The frustration of the Prime Minister for not being able to do anything is now clearly visible.

संसद में प्रधानमंत्री का भाषण एक हताश व हारे हुए व्यक्ति की तरह दिखा। 

     शुरूआती लगभग पौने दो घंटे विपक्ष को पकाने के बाद जब विपक्ष "वाक आउट"  कर गया, तब उन्होंने अपनी खींज मिटाने के लिए मणिपुर पर कुछ बोला।  परन्तु वहां भी वह इतिहास के पन्नों में मणिपुर को खोजते नजर आये, जबकि मणिपुर का तो वर्तमान जल रहा था।  

        संसद भाषण में प्रधानमंत्री न तो मणिपुर की निर्वस्त्र महिलाओं पर कुछ बोल पाये, न वहां की बिगड़ती कानून व्यवस्था पर कुछ कह पाये।  इसके अलावा उनके मुंह से वहां के नकारा मुख्यमंत्री के विषय पर भी एक शब्द न निकला।  पिछले तीन महीने से वहां के दो समुदायों को कौन भड़काता व लड़वाता रहा, इस पर भी चुप्पी साधे रहे। 

      पिछले नौ साल से ज्यादा समय से सत्ता में बने हुए है, पर आज भी हताशा कांग्रेस पर निकाल रहे है। प्रधानमंत्री की कुछ न कर पाने की कुंठा अब साफ झलकने लगी है।
