 Well leave it, I ask you three questions directly, answer them correctly----

 1--- Why did the Prime Minister not go to Manipur for the last 3 months?

 2---- Why did the Prime Minister take 80 days to break his vow of silence on burning Manipur?

 3---- Why was the Chief Minister of Manipur not sacked?

 Betal, what are you asking?  What is the meaning of these questions from the story you have told so far?  This question is completely opposite to the story you told?  All your questions are "out of syllabus"?

 Rajan, I wanted to tell here, that all the things I have told so far can be achieved by serving "Out of syllabus" to the blind devotees of India.

राजा विक्रम ने बेताल को एक बार फिर उठाया, और कंधे पर लादकर गंतव्य की ओर बढ़ चला।  रास्ते में बेताल बोला- राजन, तू भी बड़ा हठी है,  बार-बार कोशिश करता है, पर हर बार विफल हो जाता है।  तेरी भी मनोदशा  भारत के उन   "अंधभक्तों"   की तरह  हो गई है, जो बेचारे   "अच्छे दिनों"  की तलाश में दर-दर भटक रहे है, जानते है वे,  कि ये सब छलावा है, झूठ है, पर मानने को तैयार नहीं है। 

      खैर तेरा समय बिताने के लिए मैं तुझे आज कुछ "गुर"  बताता हूं-------कि लोकतंत्र में राजतंत्र के मजे कैसे मिलते है ?    लोगों को 15 लाख का झांसा कैसे दिया जाता है ?      किसानों की दोगुनी आय कैसे की जाती है ?      हर गरीब को पक्के मकान देने का वायदा कैसे होता है ?     पैट्रोल-डीजल को 35/- रुपए देने का वायदा कर 100/- रुपये पर कैसे बिकवाया जाता है ?        450/- के गैस सिलेंडर पर हाय तौबा मचाकर 1150/- कैसे बिकता हे ?       सारी सरकारी संस्थाओं को कैप्चर कर विपक्ष पर कैसे काबू किया जाता है ?       अच्छे चाल-चेहरा-चरित्र  का दिखावा करके दुराचारियों से संबंध कैसे बढ़ाये जा सकते है ? 

         अच्छा छोड़ो , मैं तुझसे सीधे तीन प्रश्न पूछता हूं, सही-सही जबाव देना---- 

1--- 3 महीने से प्रधानमंत्री मणिपुर क्यों नहीं गए ? 

2----जलते हुए मणिपुर पर अपने मौनव्रत को तोड़ने में प्रधानमंत्री को 80 दिन क्यों लगे ? 

3---- मणिपुर के मुख्यमंत्री को बर्खास्त क्यों नहीं किया ? 

           बेताल, ये क्या पूछ रहे हो ?  तुमने अब तक जो कहानी सुनाई,  उससे इन प्रश्नों का क्या अर्थ ?   ये प्रश्न तुम्हारी सुनाई कहानी के बिल्कुल विपरीत है ?  तुम्हारे तो सारे प्रश्न ही   "out of syllabus"  है ? 

       राजन,   मैं यहीं बताना चाहता था,  कि में मेरी अब तक बताई  गईं समस्त बातों को भारत के अंधभक्तों  को  "Out of syllabus"  परोस कर हासिल किया जा सकता है।
