"First weigh, then speak."

       Eventually, Rahul Gandhi got immediate relief from the Supreme Court.  It will be interesting to see whether there will be complete relief in future or not.

       The whole country saw that Rahul Gandhi did not actually insult those with "Modi surname", he only spoke about "Nirav Modi" and "Lalit Modi" and other fugitives.

      Why would a famous leader commit such a mistake?  While he has to take votes from all these castes.

      Look at the misfortune, what the whole country saw, the Lower Court, Session Court and High Court could not see.  For the time being, at least temporarily, the Supreme Court understood this and passed a stay.

        BJP's advocates could not justify why the sentence was given for two whole years?  What was the concrete reason for this?

       So, whatever it may be, this is also a clear message for Rahul Gandhi and other MPs, that you people "weigh first, then speak."  Otherwise, a clever and deceitful person will not fail to take advantage of this.

"पहले तोलो, फिर बोलो।" 

      आखिरकार राहुल गांधी को सुप्रीमकोर्ट से फौरी तौर पर राहत मिल ही गई। आगे पूरी राहत मिलेगी, या नहीं, ये भी देखना दिलचस्प होगा। 

      पूरे देश ने देखा, कि राहुल गांधी ने वास्तव में  "मोदी सरनेम" वालों की बेइज्जती नहीं की थी,  ये बात सिर्फ उन्होंने  "नीरव मोदी" व  "ललित मोदी" व अन्य  भगौड़े व्यक्तियों के लिए कहीं थी।   

     एक बहुचर्चित नेता ऐसी भूल क्यों करेगा ?  जबकि उसे इन्हीं सभी जातियों से वोट लेने होते है।

     दुर्भाग्य देखिए, जो सारे देश ने देखा, उसे लोअर कोर्ट, सेशन कोर्ट व हाई कोर्ट न देख सकें।  फिलहाल, अस्थाई तौर ही सही, फिलहाल सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस बात को समझा, और स्टे पारित कर दिया । 

       बीजेपी के अधिवक्ता इस बात को जस्टिफाई नहीं कर सकें, कि आखिर पूरे दो साल की सजा क्यों सुनाई गई ? इसकी ठोस वज़ह क्या थी ?

      लिहाजा, जो भी हो, राहुल गांधी व अन्य सांसदों के लिए यह भी स्पष्ट संदेश है, कि आप लोग "पहले तोलो, फिर बोलो।"  अन्यथा कोई चालाक व कपटी व्यक्ति इस बात का नाजायज़ फायदा उठाने से नहीं चूकेगा।
